Ben Vozzolo Chief Executive OfficeR

Trained in health services management and business administration, Ben has 25 years’ experience working in the health care and social services sector in various roles in hospitals and health and social service agencies. He has worked with organizations such as the Ontario HIV Treatment Network, the Hospital for Sick Children, Cardiac Care Network of Ontario, St. Michael’s Hospital and the West Park Healthcare Centre in Toronto. Most recently, Ben was the Executive Director of Fontbonne Ministries, a social services agency serving vulnerable populations, seniors and people experiencing social isolation. Ben is passionate about building healthy communities where everyone belongs.

Ben’s volunteer experience includes roles on boards and committees at South Riverdale Community Health Centre and Casey House. He is currently on the Board of Governors of Villa Colombo Toronto and on the Board of Pugalug Pug Rescue, a dog rescue charity in Toronto.
Ben is a visionary, collaborative and strategic leader able to set and achieve goals in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations, and building and managing highly engaged, diverse teams.

Throughout his career he has been dedicated to the wellbeing and care of unique populations, both in his employment and on the Boards he has served.

shelina akter FINANCE director

Shelina brings over 20 years of experience in financial management and leadership in public sector organizations, including over eight years in the healthcare sector and eight years in the Violence Against Women sector. She is a commerce graduate with CPA and CGA designation, specializing in Public Sector Financial Management.

Cameron dunkin VP, STRATEGY & ORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEMS

Cameron has 18 years of experience in the non-profit healthcare sector. Having worked with non-profits focused on international development, HIV, Parkinson’s disease, and end-of-life rights, he brings exceptional experience in strategy development, communications and client relations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the environmental non-profit Impact Zero.

Liberty hacala human resources leaD

Liberty has worked in Human Relations for ten years, including previous roles in the community health and social service sector. She studied HR at George Brown College and is currently completing a Master of Education degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from the University of Ottawa.
